To endure is to sustain over time. To withstand what's difficult. To hang on. To last. To persist.
Being able to hang on through what's difficult doesn't mean we come out undamaged, or scot free (as Grandma Becky would say), rather we have suffered, been impacted and definitely changed.
For whatever you've endured, you've resisted what could break you, lasted when you didn't think you would, withstood what seemed impossible.
I find the word endure quite lovely. It feels like power and strength. It feels like ganas or desire for something other than...and getting it.
What are you enduring in your life right now? Your business? Your work? Your relationships? Your place? Your heart?
As you gather your ganas for something other than what is, what have you learned about your ability to hang on? To persist. To endure what's difficult.
Take 15 minutes to reflect and jot it down. Future you will be glad you did.
Lots of love, Annie

p.s. This season, we can work together in these ways:
Rooted in hundreds of facilitations and group experiences I've led, The Culture Club is a community I've been designing to help sensitive, visionary people who are stuck, doubting themselves, and unfulfilled transform into focused, confident leaders who deeply trust themselves. Keep me in the loop!
