Good morning and happy Full Moon in Cancer Reader. 🌕
Six months ago we had a particularly auspicious moment astrologically. Maybe you remember.
On June 25, 2025 the Sun and Jupiter had just entered the sign of Cancer, and we were having a New Moon in Cancer that day.
Sun = how we shine in the world.
Jup = how we create abundance and welcome blessings.
Moon = our physical and emotional needs.
New Moon = a beginning, a seed-planting.
Cancer = how we give and receive care and nourishment.
I hosted a Special Summer Gathering that day. It was a little window of time to think and write about the areas of our lives that were in need of care and nourishment. To name the priority — what mattered most and needed attention.
It was a seed-planting moment, our New Moon in Cancer on June 25. And early this morning we had a Full Moon in Cancer.
I think of a Full Moon as the blooming of the flower. Not necessarily the harvest, but an expression of what I planted and cared for, or perhaps forgot to water.
